How are users actually supported?
Our Service Desk is simple and easy to use. Our support engineers are certified in many different programs and systems, including but not limited to, Microsoft, Amazon, and Google. Our engineers will talk you through typical problems over chat or phone, we will access your computer & devices remotely to quickly and easily troubleshoot problems. Most of our work can be done remotely, if your device requires advanced troubleshooting or repair, we will arrange shipment to our Shipn’Fix service to better resolve your issues.
